I so recommend going for this!
Luckily we had some 'contra' for this and a few of us from the office were asked to go.. I think this couldn't have come at a better time...
Truth be told, I don't have a problem with my voice.. hehe but I do have a problem with getting my point accross especially with senior management.
So what this session taught me was to be comfortable with my voice, different breathing techniques, moods, tones & use of resonators etc.. the Mouth is indeed a wonderful instrument!
After 3plus hours there.. I now understand my weak points better and have learned insider tips on how to better project myself especially when speaking to a big group of people or even to my superiors. I shall have to practice and put it to good use each time and learn from it.
I was hesitant at first to stay the full 3hrs plus but got hooked after the first hour.. really wanted to stay till the end to get as much tips and practice as I could.
