Seems like just yesterday i was celebrating my 28th birthday with my friends... I remember i got there at 7pm.. and was out by 9pm.... after a couple trips to the toilet and 'talking' to God... I felt better... that was also the year my god-bro met his current gf... and they are still together.... ahhhhhh... See... I am The Matchmaker! hehehe
And back to today... well... about an hour ago... I turned in 29.... how did I celebrate it.. well.... started the eve of it with lunch at Shah Alams's with Bev... to some shopping.. :) and then a choc-mint drink and watching her wedding video at her place.... then Shane called and asked me out for Sushi... how could I resist..... after 14 plates... and stuffed... we hung out... while he explained the theories of guitars, basses, pedals and what nots... I am learning new things from him all the time! So clever he... hahahahahahah... vell talented no doubt and very passionate...about music... he's gotta work on the other bits then he'll be a 'Ladykiller'......
We then hopped a train but me being me.. didn't wanna go home yet.. so... i met up with my god-bro to have a nice cold Henki at the coffeeshop... a drast difference to what I did last year.... but it was cool.... when Eve got back.. i bade my farewell and managed to catch a bus home.. hee... so now... what does the rest of the day hold for me? Well... this is a quiet festive season for me... a change... a good one... I'm looking forward to New Year's Eve... and 2007... hope that I am able to make the right decisions and have a better 2007!!!
Enfin! J'ai vingt-neuf ans.... oh god... next year it's the BIG 3..0.... aarrghhhhhh...
well.. they say Life begins at 30 yeah?! Bring it on I say!
