Ready, Set.. I'm Off

Yes yes... bloggin from the airport live!!!

About another 45 mins before I jet off to Phnom Penh... in Cambodia... Jill n I are just checking mail etc etc before our 2hr flight.. can't believe it but.. yup in 2 hours... I'll be seeing Monkey Boy & Cheeky Monkey... and spending 2 weeks exploring my favorite country.... yes... I'm not a fan of Cambodia.. I just love it..

Anyways.. as and when I'll report 'strength' and fill you in on the nitty gritty... in the meantime.... it's July!!!

** I awoke at 4.30am and even after breakfast... I'm still a bit wooky... not a morning person.... :D

Of Dreams & Music...

These past few weeks I've been going to bed with funny dreams.. some actually nice ones... but when i wake..I can't remember them... except for the one nightmare where I literally had an out of body experience... but as it sends shivers down my spine.. I think I'll save that story for 'Incredible Tales' if the producers ever contact me that is.. hahahaha....

But back to my dreams... yes.. lately, I know I'm having nice dreams but can't remember what they are.. and I wake up with a song in my head.. which is kinda weird coz though I sleep with music, the song I wake up with is not even on my media playlist or database for that matter!!! Past few days, I've been waking up with 'When Love & Hate Collide' in my head.. and it won't go away... even when I'm in the shower, I'll be humming it away... at least this morning.. it was 'Fixing A Broken Heart'... wonder what it'll be tomorrow.. but in any case...

Been hanging with Jill these past few days which is swell.. I find that I actually am able to get a social life now :) and soon.. well at least from August onwards.. work will be from 10.30 to 7.30 and I can meet friends for dinner etc etc etc.. and weekends.. well I'll save them for chill times..

5 days n counting to Cambodia.. can't wait... gotta start packing stuff soon..

Oh.. and i've got pics from Reggie's performance last friday at the esplanade.. hee.. photo montage all.. fella should pay me for publicity man! hehehehe.. i'm kidding.. :D Enjoy the rest of the week..

And in light of 'Live Earth' i'll be cleaning up my blog site so that it's more reader friendly. Stay tuned!

8 days more to Cambodia - Kompong Som, Russian Market, Happy Herb Pizza, $5 Massages, Monkey Boy Rathana, Cheeky Monkey Thy, Good food & Cheap drinks. Maybe I will run away there and mail back my souvenirs.

AARRGGGHHHHHHH still frustrated!

At least I'm taking a break.. a real 2 week break to get away from it all and sort out my thoughts.. where my so called social/love/work life is concerned.. not some 2D/3N getaway to bintan or sentosa but a real break. Though for me I think a 3 month sabbatical to backpack around Europe or US is more like a break for me. But alas... I'm saving up for my own place, rent or otherwise.

I just wish some people would stop talking behind my back and others would open up to me and Step Up!. But C'est La Vie!

In light of the 5 year reunion of my SSEAYP programme.. (Ship for Southeast Asean Youth Programme) lot of emails have been going around.. and some of them had links to the You Tube videos... wow... I didn't know we had to many videos... anyways... here are some for reminiscence sake.... I miss Nippon Maru.. I miss the PYs.. I miss the Dolphin Hall... I miss the 'Moon Deck' hehehehe....
